The seven kinds of leadership

This is a transcript of a talk I gave to the King's Fund conference 'Patient voice and power in the new NHS’ in November 2013. The talk looks at how, if we want to lead, we need to develop a repertoire of leaderships styles if we are to respond to different circumstances.
