In 2006 I was invited by the Medicines and Health Care Products Regulatory Agency to give their annual lecture. This is the first considered piece I wrote about healthcare regulation. It was given in the British Museum lecture theatre. After the event the MHRA decided it was worthy of publication. I hope you agree.
